Nature gate De Plaetse

The heathland Strabrechtse Heide houses two daytime activities locations of Kempenhaeghe. Together with the Dutch Forestry Commission, Staatsbosbeheer, residents work in the woods and on the heathland, helping to maintain the hiking area. Several residents work here as waiter/waitress in the ‘Heidecafé’.
