Naast haar taken in de patiëntenzorg leidt neuroloog Mariette Debeij - van Hall het zogenoemde 'kindcluster epilepsie'. Hieronder vallen alle specifieke zorgprogramma's voor kinderen, met of zonder lichamelijke en/of verstandelijke ontwikkelingsstagnatie: van peuters en kleuters tot schoolgaande kinderen en pubers met (vermoeden op) epilepsie of niet-epileptische psychogene aanvallen.

Daarnaast is Mariëtte Debeij medisch hoofd van het centrum voor het Academisch Centrum voor Epileptologie. Verder is zij lid van de commissie voor onderwijsbegeleiding De Berkenschutse.
