Work perception

Kempenhaeghe considers it important that employees are contented and enjoy their work. In 2008, Kempenhaeghe participated in an employee survey performed by Effectory to test how employees perceive their work. This survey compared Kempenhaeghe to data from hospitals in the Netherlands – the so-called Benchmark. Furthermore, the results were compared to the 2004 national work perception study "Personeel in beeld" (focus on employees) performed by Prismant and in which Kempenhaeghe participated. The study reveals that Kempenhaeghe employees are generally contented, committed and motivated. Their overall score for Kempenhaeghe was 7.4. Kempenhaeghe is proud of this good result, a better score than other hospitals in the Netherlands (average 6.4).
